GejiGeji?

 "GejiGeji?" is a Java software to create and view some images
for depth or coverage information from some 'fwd_rev_coverage.txt' files.

and sponsord by Okinawa prefectual Goverment.

Limitation

• Due to JPEG specifications, this software can not export JPG image from input data, from time to time.
• How many numbers of data this software can handle is upto Java VM's heap memory size, which you can increase by '-Xms' option.
• Sorry to say, this software is kind of slow for large amount of data.
  It took about 80 hours to create a JPG image file below from 34,006,673 lines of 20 files
  with 6GB memory and 1GHz Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor.
