Description

This data is sample re-sequencing data from DNA originating from E.Coli DH10B. The read length of this data is 50 bp for each tag. These data are direct results from a quarter of a slide statistical analysis outputs from a mate-pair run.

Coverage Files	fwd_rev_coverage.txt.zip	Contains information regarding the coverage of forward and reverse strand of each position. In this file there will be two columns. The first column contains the number of times that particular forward strand base (in color space) is covered. The second column contains that the exact same information but for the reverse strand.

Description
This data set was sequenced using the SOLiD™ System. It consists of a sequence run from a 2X50 mate-pair library. (and represents 293 panels of data or 1/8 of a slide totaling 58 million reads. It is approximately a 200X coverage of the E. Coli DH10B genome.)
