AB diBayes SNP Tool
Description
- The diBayes package is the tool to identify SNPs from mapped and processed SOLiD™ System color space reads. It takes the color space reads and their quality values (in the form of GFF files from a single slide or from multiple slides), the reference sequence and error information on each SOLiD™ slide as its input, and calls SNPs. It creates three final output files: a list of SNPs, a consensus fasta file with the same number of bases as the reference sequence (optional), and a list of all covered positions (optional). The diBayes tool package has three key components, diBayesInput, diBayes, and diBayesWrapper.Using diBayesWrapper and a centralized configuration file, diBayesInput and diBayes can be run automatically with a single command, These two key components can also be run separately, when parallel processing multiple GFF files from multiple and accessing algorithm fine-tuning parameters are needed for advanced users.
