AB ChIP-Seq Accessory Tools

Description

• The tools in this project enable the user to perform ChIP-Seq analysis using SOLiD™ data from ChIP-Seq experiments, and publicly available ChIP-Seq analysis software. An example of such ChIP-Seq analysis software is Model-based Analysis for ChIP-Sequencing (MACS). The output from this project is a list of binding sites for the protein of interest, and potential motifs generated from the binding sites.
